AGRIS
	Information System for the Agricultural Sciences and Technology

is an international information system of world-wide bibliographic coverage of agricultural scientific and technical literature co-ordinated by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Within the framework of AGRIS/FAO the sub-files "Food and Human Nutrition" and "Forestry" are also published. Slovakia has been in the AGRIS information system since 1974 and inputs approximately 1000 records into this database yearly, representing roughly 30 periodicals, several proceedings from significant science events, monographs, etc. processing of non-traditional documents such as films we plan to include other non-traditional documents such as patents and norms the number of abstracted records in the Slovak input is about 98% MAGAZINES AND IRREGULAR PERIODICALS processed into AGRIS database in the National AGRIS/CARIS FAO Centre in Nitra LIST OF AGRIS SUBCENTRES in Slovakia AGRIS on-line
