AGRIS SLOVAKIA is a retrieval service for on-line searching in records processed in the National AGRIS/CARIS FAO Centre and in its subcentres (Slovak Agriclutural Library in Nitra, Forest Research Institute in Zvolen, Slovak Forestry and Wood Library in Zvolen, and in the Library and Institute of Scientific Information, University of Veterinary Medicine in Košice).

These records are an official contribution of the Slovak Republic to the global international information system AGRIS FAO in Rome. AGRIS SLOVAKIA main purpose is to fasten access and searching in Slovak technical literature on the agriculture, forestry and veterinary medicine for scientific and general public
