Abstracts (300 words) should be received not later than October 1, 2004. Authors will be notified about acceptance before October 15, 2004. Authors are required to submit a copy of the completed manuscript before January 1, 2005. We need to keep this deadly tight since it is a lot of work to produce the final book and we want to have it available during the symposium.
